Hi! I'm Giselle!
I'm a Chef from Venezuela living in Dubai. I grew up in the countryside of my country, in a small farmers town deep in the Andes mountains.
Growing up surrounded by farmers, I have a lot of respect for the ingredients I work with because I know where they come from and all the effort and hard work behind them, that's why I'm committed to make the best dishes I can with the ingredients I get.
